The high-speed running components of the machine, such as shafts and rollers, are all made of high-quality steel and undergo tempering, qualitative analysis, and dynamic balancing treatment to ensure the stability of the machine's long-term high-speed operation.

The key components such as conveyor belts and chains are all selected from well-known domestic brands, and the bearings are selected from the Renben brand, while the bearings for key parts are selected from the NSK brand.

All electrical components are selected from renowned products such as Omron, Schneider, Hequan, and Delta.

The deceleration motors are all selected from the Taiwan City State brand.

a) Adopting a unique positioning device, the correction range is large, the positioning accuracy is high, and the adjustment is convenient.

b) The adsorption area of the vacuum platform reaches 2600mm * 1100mm, ensuring that the maximum paper is adsorbed smoothly inside the vacuum platform.

Easy to adjust and operate, to improve printing quality and reduce nozzle clogging.

◇ Optional online barcode detection system: online detection, alarm, and removal of printed barcodes.
